Shipping and Handling
We are proud to arrange international shipping services to over 200 countries for you.
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries or regions we will contact you. For deliveries to special destinations, such as islands or other remote areas, additional fees may apply. These fees can also be collected after the purchase has been made. For
some countries, like Norway, the same applies to customs clearance, VAT or similar fees and might be payable to the carrier.

What are the expected Shipping Times?
Shipping time varies by location. In general, allow about 10-14 working (business) days for delivery, after receipt of payment. Please find more detailed time estimates in the related list below.
We use United States Parcel Services (USPS) for small packages under 2 pounds and UPS for larger packages over 2 pounds using ground service provided by these carriers. 
Delivery time may vary from 2 to 9 days in USA and one to four weeks for international orders depending on the distance to you from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California.
Orders ship within 48-business hours. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Once your order ships we will email your tracking number to the email address you provide to us when placing your order on our website.

Related tracking information and respective website links for package tracing will be provided with each shipping information email, if we arranged the shipping in your behalf.

Customs
We do not bear responsibility for any additional fees, such as custom fees. With purchasing our merchandise, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that there may occur additional, local custom and/or VAT fees when they arrive in your country, charged to you.

Lost / Missing / Damaged Packages
Please contact our customer service at support@oxygi.com immediately to inform us about missing or damaged package(s) if we arranged the shipping in your behalf. Additionally, please do also file a loss complaint at the respective carrier yourself without further delay, using the provided package / tracking code.
Please note, that we are not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process or your address is not accessible. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If made an error in processing your order we will take responsibility of the original order at no charge.
