Only unused and undamaged merchandise in its original packing and sealing can be returned. You also have the right to claim faulty products on basis of the statutory claims for defects. The merchandise must be: - returned within 30 days of initial reception, - sent back in original condition, unused, undamaged and in sealed package condition. Please remember that it is you, the customer, who is responsible for the return until we have received and registered the returned merchandise, hence we recommend to save your sending receipt until you receive the return confirmation email.
When do I receive my Refund? You will receive your refund and a related notification via email as soon as we have received your return. It may take up to 14 days for a return to be processed after receipt.
